The air source processor is a multifunctional gas processing equipment, which is mainly used to remove impurities, moisture and oil in the air to ensure the purity and stability of the gas source. The working principle of the air source processor is to first draw the mixed gas into the air source processor and remove impurities such as solid particles and droplets through the purification filter. Then it enters the desiccant dehydration system to remove moisture from the gas and dry the gas. Finally, it passes through the activated carbon adsorption device to remove oil and odor in the gas to make the gas purer.


When using the air source processor, you need to pay attention to the following aspects.

1. Check the equipment

Before using the gas source processor, you must first check the working status and pressure of the equipment. If the equipment pressure is abnormal or fails, it needs to be repaired or replaced before use.

2. Set the pressure

According to the use needs, set the outlet pressure of the air source processor within the required range. In general, the outlet pressure should be lower than the inlet pressure to ensure the safety and stability of the gas source processor.

3. Make a work plan

Before using the air source processor, you should first make a work plan and confirm the specific requirements such as the required gas type, amount and time.

4. Turn on the machine

Connect the air source processor to the power supply and turn on the switch of the air source processor. Before turning on the gas source processor, you should ensure that the equipment is fault-free, the filter element and desiccant have been replaced, and check whether the outlet pressure is within the required range.

5. End the work

After completing the required work, the switch of the air source processor should be turned off in time, and the residual gas in the pipeline should be emptied to avoid pipeline blockage and danger.
