What is pneumatic push in fittings?

Quick connect fittings allow secure connection by simply pushing the tube all the way in.

To remove the tube, first push the release sleeve inward evenly to open the spring collet, and then the tube can be pulled out easily.

Cautions for connecting to hose

1. To confirm that the final cross-section of the hose is vertical ,there are no scratches on the outer circumference of the hose.The hose is not elliptical.

2. Be sure to confirm that the hose is inserted into the hose end .Otherwise,there is air leakage.

3. Be sure to confirm that the hose won’t be pulled out after the hose inserted.

Caution on disconnecting tube

1. Before disconnecting tube,be sure to confirm that the pressure inside the tube is at ‘0’.

2. Press the release ring evenly to the bottom and pull out the tube.If the release ring is not pressed in place,the tube are possibly not be pulled out or can be strained.The tube debris may remain inside the tube fitting.
