3V 4V Manifold Valve

No matter if it is a 3V or 4V pneumatic solenoid valve, besides the single valve type, we can also put many solenoid valves together. This is called a 3V 4V manifold valve or solenoid valve base busbar.

3V 4V manifold valve is a plate with many air paths. It has compact design. Solenoid valve base busbar can install 2 to 20 pneumatic solenoid valves on one manifold. But the number of positions on the manifold cannot be changed.

All the pneumatic solenoid valves on the manifold share the same air supply port (P port) and exhaust port (R port).For the 3V manifold valve , there is one air inlet and one air outlet on the left side. Two plugs are installed on the right side.For the 4V manifold valve, there is one air inlet in the middle and two air outlets on both sides (on the left side). Three plugs are installed on the right side.

We can install a silencer or a plug on the exhaust port. When using a silencer, we must make sure the small holes are not blocked.

3.When installing the gasket between the pneumatic solenoid valve and the valve plate, the protruding part should be installed facing downwards to avoid air leakage.
