The 24th China Electrical Culture Festival and Electrical Products Expo (hereinafter referred to as "this year's China Electrical Culture Festival") is scheduled to take place from February 7 to February 9, 2025, at the Liushi Town Exhibition Center in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province. This event will showcase the new scale, new pathways, and new benchmarks of Yueqing’s electrical industry to the world.
By 2025, Yueqing’s regional electrical manufacturing cluster will include over 1,500 large-scale enterprises. The city aims to cultivate one world-class enterprise, 45 “little giant” enterprises, five national-level technological innovation platforms, and achieve a total industrial output value exceeding 250 billion yuan.
Since its inception in 2001, the China Electrical Culture Festival has continuously grown in stature. Today, it has not only become a prestigious platform showcasing Yueqing to the world but also a global event for the electrical industry.
One of the key highlights of this year’s festival is its full embrace of new industrial pathways. The organizing committee has actively invited renowned domestic and international companies to participate, and many high-tech and specialized enterprises have eagerly accepted the invitation. Particularly, companies in emerging fields such as charging stations, hydrogen energy, sensors, and controllers will be prominently featured. Some exhibitors are even inviting professionals from their supply chains and customers to join, further expanding the “circle of industrial exchange.”
This year’s event is themed “New Energy Systems, Creating the Future.” It will feature product zones dedicated to new power systems, new energy, new materials, and charging and swapping technologies. Additionally, there will be exhibition areas for intelligent electrical appliances, smart IoT, and automation solutions, as well as sections focused on foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce channels. These elements reflect the new dynamism and direction of the electrical industry’s latest pathways.
As the "Electrical Capital of China," Yueqing is not only entering new industrial pathways and achieving new scales but also making remarkable progress in industrial transformation, upgrading, and advancing new productive forces. Significant efforts have been made in building industry-academia-research platforms, establishing intellectual property protection systems, enhancing digital services, and nurturing tiered enterprise development. These initiatives aim to elevate Yueqing’s capabilities in major engineering projects and global market competition.
Targeting international standards and focusing on new productive forces are both Yueqing’s new goals and the defining features of this year’s China Electrical Culture Festival. In preparation for the event, the organizing committee has not only refined the core exhibition area’s systems and planning but also expanded peripheral activities. High-level forums, professional lectures, and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions have been organized to open an important window for showcasing cutting-edge achievements in Yueqing's electrical industry.
