OLK XQ quick exhaust valve is a valve that automatically exhausts pressurized gas from the outlet when the inlet pressure drops to a certain value. When there is air pressure at the inlet, the valve core (one-way seal ring or diaphragm) is pushed open, closing the exhaust port and outputting from the outlet. When the inlet is emptied, the outlet pressure pushes the valve core to seal the inlet, and the outlet gas quickly exhausts through the exhaust port. XQ quick exhaust valve offers five connection size options: M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, and G1/2.
XQ quick exhaust valve is used in situations where pneumatic components and devices need to exhaust quickly. If installed between the cylinder and the directional valve, the cylinder exhausts directly through the XQ quick exhaust valve instead of the directional valve, significantly increasing the cylinder's movement speed. This effect is especially noticeable when the pipeline between the cylinder and the valve is long. If the directional valve exhaust port is large and the connecting pipe between the cylinder and the valve is short, installing a quick exhaust valve is unnecessary.
To achieve quick exhaust, the pressure at the quick exhaust valve inlet must be emptied quickly, so the exhaust passage at the inlet (between the directional valve and the quick exhaust valve) must be unobstructed.
Ensure the cylinder has sufficient cushioning capacity when using the XQ quick exhaust valve.
