OLK Transmitters Pneumatic-electric Relay  SMC TYPE VR3200 Series is a pressure switch that converts pneumatic signals into electrical signals. It consists of five main parts: a micro switch, spring, piston, body, and cover. Operating pressure is 0.1-1.0 MPa VR3200 Pneumatic-electricprecision threaded interfaces are not easily stripped. Both ends are equipped with dust plugs, and the use of a special protective cover makes them more durable and extends their service life.

Applications of Pressure Switches:  

1.Cylinder Pressure Detection: The pneumatic pressure switch detects the pressure in cylinders.  

2. Vacuum Confirmation on Robot Arms:Near the suction cup of a robotic arm on an automatic conveyor, the switch confirms suction.  

3. Gas Leak Detection: Using a low-pressure sensor, the switch detects small gas changes to measure leakage.  

4. Supply Pressure Management: By connecting a pressure switch to a regulator in a pneumatic system, the supply pressure can be set based on the displayed pressure value. During operation, the displayed value shows if the supply pressure is abnormal. For example, in a washing production line, multiple fluid pressure switches monitor the supply of water, oil, etc. On hydraulic cylinders, pressure switches confirm hammer force.

7. Filter Clogging Monitoring: A differential pressure sensor measures the pressure difference on both sides of the filter. A larger difference indicates more clogging. Based on the clogging status, the filter can be cleaned or replaced.  

8. Liquid Level Detection: A differential pressure sensor detects liquid levels by sealing the lower air port. As the liquid level changes, the net pressure in the connected vertical pipe changes, allowing level detection.
